The installation of a Steel Door product provides the ultimate in protection. Intruders will not be able to breach the Steel Door or framework with the same ease as a traditional timber door. Locking devices and hardware incorporated in the Steel Door System are also designed specifically to withstand such attacks and, with the additional benefits of fire protection, acoustic and thermal insulation make it the product of choice for today’s specifiers.

We offer three main Steel Door applications, namely Fire Exit Doors, Steel Security Doors and Steel Louvred Doors. Our Range is fully certificated for its relevant application and offers a cost-effective solution at a very fast turnaround. All doors can be powder coated to your desired colour. Steel Fire Exit Doors
Fire Exit Doors or Emergency Exit Doors are manufactured to our heavy duty specification and are also available as single or double doors. Our Fire Exit Doors come with a two point Panic Bar installed as standard as this is the most secure style of Panic Bar unit, the door set also comes supplied with two anti-jemmy studs on the hinge side of the door for extra protection which lock into the door frame when the door is closed.
Our standard Fire Exit Doors or Emergency Exit Doors range are manufactured in galvanised steel and have a grey primed finish. If you order one of our Fire Exit Doors or Emergency Exit Doors in a particular colour the Door Leaf / Leaves will be powder coated to your chosen colour.
Steel Security Doors
Steel Security Doors are made to the highest quality guidelines and incorporate a multi-point locking system which locks 12 points around the steel frame. Like all of our products our steel security doors come ‘CE Certification’ which is a legal requirement for any type of door sold in the UK and Europe. Our single doors are available in either a standard or heavy duty version.
The main difference between the both is the thickness of steel which is used on the door blade and steel frame, our Steel Security Doors are also available in a double locking version and these are manufactured to the heavy duty specification.
Steel Louvred Doors
The Steel Louvred Panels can be fitted into any of our Steel Door range to transform flat panelled Steel Doors into fully or partially Louvred Steel Security Doors. We offer a wide range of standard-sized louvred panels to cater for any client’s needs and also have the capability to manufacture a louvred panel to a specific size if a standard size isn’t suitable for your requirements. The most common sizes of louvres used in our Steel Doors are 479mm x 479mm and 479mm x 1524mm.
Louvres are installed into our Steel Door range to allow constant airflow through a particular room or passage of space. Some common uses for Louvred Doors are plant rooms, communal rubbish bin stores, electrical utility rooms, pumping stations, transformer chambers and gas cylinder storage etc. Our standard Louvred Steel Door range allows a 50% free air flow area.
